The company recently announced a recall of all flavors and sizes of YoCrunch products sold nationwide due to the potential presence of plastic pieces in the dome topper. These plastic fragments, which are transparent and may have sharp edges, could pose a choking hazard if consumed.

YoCrunch is a widely loved yogurt brand featuring crunchy mix-ins such as granola, M&Ms, Oreo pieces, Nestle Crunch, Reese’s pieces, and Butterfinger candy. The plastic pieces are found in separately packaged toppers and are not present directly in the yogurt itself. However, the risk remains, especially for young children and elderly individuals who are more vulnerable to choking incidents.

This recall was conducted in collaboration with the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA). Consumers who have already purchased YoCrunch products are advised not to consume them.
