Ingraham herself has shared her secrets to maintaining her appearance. In November of last year, she told Dailymail.com that she avoids alcohol during the week and drinks plenty of water. She said, "I drink water every chance I get, and then I have zero alcohol during the week. I'm one of those people who thinks it's fun to have a margarita every now and then, but that's it."

Recently, Ingraham made some comments about her former colleagues at Fox News, many of whom are now serving in the Trump administration. At a Turning Point USA event, she joked, "The administration has Hegseth, OK? They have Duffy. They have Judge Jeanine, OK? Tulsi Gabbard — all these Fox people. I'm feeling a little left out here. Like, is there anyone left at Fox at this juncture?"
